I CANNOT wait until the Ulster Minor Final between Armagh and Tyrone on Sunday.
I trained them on Saturday and they are ripe for a big performance. They weren't too happy with how they played against Cavan and there is no better occasion to rectify that than against Tyrone in an Ulster Final.
Armagh will have a sizeable support and with the game at 12noon fans should make their way to Clones early, so we can be there to cheer the lads onto the pitch.
Tyrone will have more fans, so we need to make plenty of noise and support our lads.
Obviously playing Dublin in Croke Park is a going to be a great occasion. That is why you play football and on Saturday, Armagh will know how good they are or what they will need to do to improve.
There is a huge performance in this Armagh team and we are capable of beating Dublin if we are in form and if we play attacking football.
I wasn't too impressed with our victory over Fermanagh because Armagh should have taken the game to them more. They are a Division Four team and we need to be better than that.
If we learn from that and drive forward we can cause Dublin problems.
It was good to see a few of last year's All-Ireland winning Minors called into the panel.
Now is the time to get them in and give them a taste of what it is about to be a senior county player. While it may be too soon to throw them all on, what they will learn being in a senior county squad will stand to them in the long-run.
Down will also feel they didn't do themselves justice against Longford but they should be too strong against Offaly.
Hopefully both Armagh and Down will win because after this weekend I'd fancy our chances against any of the provincial losers.
Obviously Louth will be chomping at the bit, because they were robbed against Meath and that has got to hurt. But it is how they respond in the next match that willl be the real test for the Wee County.
Big Joe's Galway losing to Wexford was a shock. But if the players don't play to their potential they will get caught and that is a lesson for all teams.
